Creative Achievements
Documented the difficulties injured workers face in dealing with the California Workers' Compensation system and the need for improved information services for injured workers: "Navigating the California Workers' Compensation System," 1996
Developed, implemented and evaluated program to train high school students to become trainers and resource people for other teens on health and safety and workers rights. This project helped established the importance of peer led training as an effective way to reach teens, as well as build confidence and self-esteem
