Overhead drilling during construction The Labor Occupational Health Program (LOHP) offers workplace safety and health services to labor and joint labor-management groups, and others. LOHP conducts training sessions and conferences, maintains an extensive health  and safety library, and produces both written and audio-visual materials. The technical assistance of an occupational hygienist or health educator can be obtained through LOHP for particular projects, and referrals are made when appropriate to health care providers, attorneys, and regulatory agencies.
