The UCSF Occupational and Environmental Health Clinic at Mt. Zion Hospital is a full-service facility providing diagnostic consultation and industrial hygiene expertise. Among the specialty services available are respirator fit testing and medicolegal reports by qualified medical evaluators. In addition, the clinic serves as focus for clinical training of the Division's occupational medicine fellows, and for trainees from the industrial hygiene and Occupational Health Nursing programs.

Internal and external referrals are available for problems involving ergonomics, clinical toxicology, occupational neurology, pulmonary medicine, dermatology, and occupational allergy.
