Employee Health Services:

Employee Health Services provides a broad range of services to UCSF employees of the Medical Center. Services include preplacement evaluations, immunizations, TB surveillance program, medical monitoring examinations, fitness for duty evaluations and return to work evaluations. In addition, Employee Health provides for the evaluation and treatment of all University employees suffering from work related injuries or illnesses or exposures.

Occupational Medicine Faculty Practice:

The Occupational Medicine Faculty Practice provides services to individuals suffering from work related injuries or illnesses, as well as environmental exposures. The scope of services provided includes diagnostic, therapeutic, consultative and medical-legal services.

Both the Occupational Medicine Faculty Practice and Employee Health Services embrace a multidisciplinary approach by involving specialist and allied health services such as physical and occupational health therapy, acupuncture and pain management. The Practice supports the training programs of UCSF's professional schools as well as the research efforts of the faculty.
