When did he first experience symptoms? Did the onset of symptoms correlate with any changes in work practices? Had he just consumed alcohol before his first symptomatic episode? How soon after arriving at work do symptoms begin? Are symptoms better at night? On weekends? While on vacation? Are the symptoms associated with specific work practices?
