Current Project: I am currently analyzing the descriptive results obtained from a survey among California grocery workers that was adminstered in the summer of 2020 concerning their early experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, I am analyzing the results from an Item Response Theory modeling approach to identify which questions on the survey truly captured grocery workers' perception of safety climate within their workplace and mental health.
