Area(s) of Interest: Negar is an undergraduate student in the Applied Mathematics and Industrial Engineering and Operations Research departments at UC Berkeley. Her current research interests include exoskeletons and their effects on construction workers, MSDs, and sports. In particular, understanding how the Exoskeletons can provide support to minimize the risk of fatigue and injuries.
Project(s): Currently, she is working on qualitative data collection and upper extremity analysis of the arm and shoulder supports of exoskeletons for construction workers, as well as analysis of dynamic posture stability using force plates.
