Project(s): My research focuses on the environmental determinants of Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever) in California. Specifically, I have been examining how different agricultural land use decisions influence disease distribution, how short- and long-term climatic conditions alter the seasonal dynamics of disease incidence, and how dust conditions mediate pathogen transmission. Area(s) of Interest: Causal inference, Bayesian sensitivity analysis, social epidemiology, and cancer

Project(s): Current research focuses on methods for addressing complex sources of bias in observational longitudinal cohorts, including the Healthy Worker Survivor Effect and informative delayed entry. These sources of bias threaten our ability to accurately estimate the causal effects of occupational exposures on worker health.
